How we work

We use effective project management. Depending on the project characteristics and time frame the project can be implemented either within the existing structure of the Partner Group or through a dedicated new company.

We start with analysing the client’s situation. Based on the information we obtain, we model a few solutions and recommend the most suitable for their business.

A contract is drawn up which specify the details and range of services that will be provided and the method of securing the resources needed to complete the project.

The long-term cooperation serves to establish a partner relationship with our clients. This demonstrates that we take care of our clients business as our own.

The cooperation with our clients is based on transparency and openness utilising the principle of “open books”.
