Partner Usługi Przemysłowe Sp. z o.o.
(Partner Industrial Services Ltd)
The project started in 2002. with a new company: Partner Usługi Przemysłowe begun cooperation with Opoczno SA (PLC) with providing employment outsourcing. Initially the contract was for servicing one of the unprofitable workshops. In the end we took responsibility for a complete stage of the production process and services.
Later we took over the whole works and infrastructure, then being responsible for the operation of 4 ceramic tile production lines.
Partner TWA Sp. z o.o. (Partner Temporary Work Agency Ltd)
The opening of Partner TWA was the next step in the development of the group. Through this company we offer our clients administrative services as well as act as an employment agency, with a license for temporary employment placement.
Partner Huta Sp. z o.o. (Partner Steel Works Ltd)
Partner Huta was founded in 2004 in order to service the needs of Lucchini (now Arcelor Mittlal) Steel Works in Warsaw. We provide services in the steel works, Rolling mill and Finishing Departments. Among the services provided is the operation of the finished products warehouse. The reason for this project was the need to decrease the costs of the production process and production services.
Starting an assembly line
The Partner Group is also involved in projects with a much shorter time-frame. For an English company we organised within 4 weeks a solution allowing them to outsource a part of the production process – installing a security elements into DVD cases. The reason for this project was a machine failure in the clients production plant. As a result the client was able to keep the terms of his contract and benefited from a significant saving due to decreasing costs of work. All quality control standards were kept.
In order to implement the project we needed to rent a warehouse in Poland, transport the necessary equipment from the UK, hire (in Poland) and train (in the UK) foremen plus hire over 100 workers and train them in Poland. All was completed within 4 weeks of signing the contract.
